This online course, Improving Employee Retention Through Professional Learning Communities, was designed to enhance learner engagement through a multimodal approach. The course includes short, accessible video lessons, interactive quizzes, and self-reflection activities to support visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learners. Each module is built around clear, measurable learning objectives, encouraging both knowledge application and deeper professional reflection. The course was structured to promote active participation, critical thinking, and practical strategies for improving retention within organizational settings. Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles were incorporated to ensure accessibility and inclusivity, including video captions and diverse content formats. This project demonstrates my commitment to designing engaging, interactive online learning experiences that foster meaningful outcomes for diverse adult learners.
